Oyo Ceramic

Oyo Ceramic is based out on Jetpar Road in Morbi. If you know anything about this area, you know it’s the heart of the tile industry. The road is usually dusty from all the trucks carrying clay and finished goods. Our office is right there in the middle of it. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of machinery or vehicles in the distance. We spend our days looking at samples and making sure the batches coming out are what they’re supposed to be. Ceramics is a tough business because things can break or the colors can come out slightly off. We spend a lot of time checking the details. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few tables, and a lot of tile samples leaning against the walls. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the orders and talking to the drivers. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home. We’ve been here on Jetpar Road long enough to know everyone nearby. It’s a hardworking community. We don’t really do fancy presentations. If someone wants to see what we have, we just show them the actual product. The sun can get pretty hot out here, but the ceiling fans keep things moving. We just keep doing what we do, day after day, making sure the tiles get out on time.
