Logan Ceramic (Ethics)

Logan Ceramic is based out in Jambudia, right on the corner of Lakhdhirpur Road and the 8-A National Highway. It’s a big name for a place that feels pretty small when you’re actually inside. We try to be straight with people who come by. We don’t like playing games with prices or how the tiles look. If something isn't right, we’ll tell you. The area here is full of factories, so there’s always a lot of competition, but we just focus on our own yard. We spend a lot of time walking around the warehouse making sure everything is stacked properly. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We don’t have a lot of meetings or big discussions. We usually just talk over lunch about what needs to be finished by evening. The road outside is always loud with those heavy lorries, but you stop hearing them after a few weeks of working here. We’ve got a couple of dogs that hang around the gate, and they’ve become part of the team in a way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job and keep the doors open for another year. It’s simple work for simple people. We just take it one day at a time and see what happens when the sun goes down and we lock up.
