We are Greeneden Developers Llp, based right here at Savsar Plot 363641 in the Morbi-Rajkot area. Most of our time is spent out at construction sites or sitting in the office trying to get the drawings right. It is a local operation, so you will usually see the same few faces every day. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we figure out how to put things together. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to coordinate with the guys on-site. The dust from the road often blows into the front door, but we are used to it by now. We handle a variety of building tasks around this part of India. It is not always easy work, and sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a late delivery. We just try to deal with things as they come up. Being in the Morbi-Rajkot area means we know the local suppliers well. Our office at Savsar Plot is where everything gets organized, from the initial plans to the final checklists. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get these buildings finished properly. It is just a straightforward kind of business, really. We show up, we look at the plans, and we try to make sure the walls are straight. It keeps us busy enough, and we like it that way.
