Eragon Sanitaryware

Our shop, Eragon Sanitaryware, is located at 8/A, M N. H, right behind Superstar Ceramic on Lakhdhirpur Road. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of ceramic and tile businesses all lined up. We’re tucked back a little bit, so you have to look for the sign behind the main building. Inside, it’s mostly rows of sinks and toilets and other fixtures. We spend a lot of time unboxing new arrivals and making sure nothing got cracked during the trip. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, and you have to be careful not to drop anything. The floor is concrete and can get pretty cold in the winter mornings. We don't have a fancy air-conditioned showroom. It’s more of a warehouse feel where people can come and see the actual items. Lakhdhirpur Road is always full of trucks and dust, so we have to wipe down the displays every single morning. It’s a never-ending task. We’re just a small crew here, so everyone does a bit of everything, from moving stock to talking to the drivers. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just open the big doors to let the light in. It’s a simple operation, and we don’t try to dress it up. We just keep things organized and handle the daily arrivals as they come in.
