We have some storage space and a small area where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s not always easy getting things transported in and out of the village, but we have a routine that works for us. We mostly deal with local folks and suppliers from the surrounding areas. The sun gets quite strong out here in the Gir region, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning before it gets too hot. There isn't any fancy marketing team here; it’s just a few of us making sure the food items are packed and ready. We take pride in just being a local business that people in the community can recognize. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day without much fuss or bother. We just hope the crops are good and the roads stay clear for our trucks most of the time.
