Our operation is located at Plot Number 32 in the Rafaleshwar GIDC Industrial Area. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses around us. We fit right in with the rest of them. We do enterprise work, mostly handling industrial supplies and materials. The lot is a decent size, which is good because we have a lot of heavy stuff coming in and out. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the trucks moving on the dirt paths. We have a small office on the side of the main warehouse. It’s nothing special, just a desk and some filing cabinets. We focus on getting the orders ready. There isn't any glitz or glamour to what we do. It’s just hard work in the heat. My team is small, but we’ve worked together for years. We know the routine. Usually, we start early before the sun gets too high. The machinery makes a fair bit of noise, but that’s expected in a GIDC area. We don't really have walk-in customers since we are in an industrial plot. It’s more about the deliveries and the long-term contracts we handle. We just keep our heads down and do the job. It’s a practical business for a practical place. The gate is a bit squeaky and needs some oil, but it stays shut. We keep things moving as best as we can without making any fuss about it.
