Sunbright Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is situated out on Jetpar Road in Morbi, near the Benten Ceramic plant in Rangpar. If you’ve ever been to Morbi, you know it’s basically the tile capital. There’s red dust everywhere and trucks lined up for miles. We’ve got our facility right in the middle of all that. We make ceramic products, mostly tiles for floors and walls. It’s a loud process with the kilns and the pressing machines running all the time. Our office is just a small part of the building, usually filled with stacks of sample tiles and the smell of tea. We aren't big on corporate polish. Most of the time, we’re wearing work clothes and checking the quality of the latest batch coming off the line. It’s a tough business because there’s so much competition on this road, but we just focus on what we’re doing. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we all have to pitch in to get things moving again. We sell to dealers all over the country, but we still feel like a local Morbi outfit. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in the back checking the crates or talking to the drivers. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing the finished tiles packed up and ready to go makes it feel worth it.
