Nageshwari Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. (ntc)

We are based out on Jetpar Road in Rangpar, which is right in the heart of the Morbi ceramic cluster. Most people around here know the area well because of all the factories and the constant flow of trucks moving back and forth. Our place, Nageshwari Ceramic, or just ntc as some call it, has been part of this landscape for a good while now. It is a busy environment with a lot of dust and noise, but that is just how things go when you are working with clay and kilns every single day. We spend most of our time keeping an eye on the production line or making sure the loading happens on time so the drivers can get on the road. There are about fifty of us working here in different shifts. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend half the day fixing a conveyor belt or cleaning out a clogged vent. It is not fancy work at all. We just show up, do the job, and try to make sure everything stays running. The office is small and usually has some tea brewing for whoever drops by to talk about an order or just to check on stock. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just some local guys who know how tiles are made. That is pretty much it for us here on Jetpar Road.
