Frita Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is located on the Pipdi-Jetpar Road. This area is mostly industrial, so there are not many shops or houses around us. We have a large yard and a production area where all the work happens. We spend our time checking the kilns and making sure the temperature is staying where it needs to be. It gets very hot in the summer, especially when you are standing near the equipment. We all drink a lot of tea and try to stay in the shade whenever we can get a break. The Pipdi-Jetpar Road is often full of tractors and trucks carrying all sorts of building materials. We have a simple office with a couple of computers and a lot of metal filing cabinets. We do our own bookkeeping and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog, and we have to stay late in the evening to get everything sorted out. No one complains much because that is just the nature of the job. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team to tell people who we are. We just rely on people knowing where we are located and what kind of work we do. It is a quiet life in some ways, despite all the noise from the factory machines. We just take it one day at a time and try to do an honest day's work for everyone.
