Being located at Jambudiya on the 8-a National Highway means we are a bit outside the main town area. Comet Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. has its facility here where the air is a bit more open, even with the highway nearby. It’s a large plot of land and we have several buildings to manage. Most of the staff comes in from the surrounding areas every morning. We start the day by checking the machines and making sure everything is ready. There is a lot of movement throughout the day with people coming and going. The office side of things is pretty basic. We have some old filing cabinets and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't really bother with making things look pretty for visitors. It’s a working site, and it looks like one. You can hear the highway from everywhere on the property. Sometimes we sit outside under the small tree during lunch just to get away from the noise of the fans. It’s been our home for quite a while now. We’ve seen the highway expand and the area change, but our routine stays mostly the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what keeps us going. We focus on the practical things and don't spend much time on anything else. There is always work to be done and we just keep moving along.
