Our place is located in Bela Village, right along the Morbi-Jetpar Road, near Flecto Ceramic. It's a busy stretch of road, especially with all the tractors and trucks hauling materials back and forth. Gravity Ceramic has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the area grow quite a lot. We’re not a huge corporation with a thousand rules. It’s more of a place where we know each other's names and just get the work done. The factory floor is where everything happens—from the initial mixing to the final sorting. It gets pretty loud and warm in there, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of decorations. Most of our time is spent making sure the production line doesn't stop. We have a small office for the bills and orders, but you’ll usually find us out by the machines. The village vibe is still there even though we are part of this big ceramic hub. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or promises. We just try to make a decent product and keep our heads down. If a customer has a problem, they just come by and talk to us. It’s straightforward. We’re just local folks working hard in Bela to keep things moving. We deal with the dust and the heat because it's the business we chose to be in.
