Ajanta Manufacturing Ltd & Ellora Time Ltd.

Our operations are based out of the Orpat Industrial Estate on the road between Morbi and Rajkot. It’s a huge area, and we are at P.O. Box No. 177. If you’ve ever driven that stretch of road, you know how dusty and busy it is with trucks all day and night. Since we do clocks and timepieces, there are literally clocks on every wall, and they don't always tick at the same time, which can be a bit confusing if you’re new to the building. The factory floor is quite big, and there is a constant hum of activity from the assembly lines. It’s a long commute for some of us, so we usually start our day with a strong cup of tea. The office part is mostly dedicated to keeping the logistics straight and making sure the manufacturing schedules are met on time. It’s not a quiet place, as there’s always something being loaded or unloaded outside in the yard. The sun really beats down on the estate in the afternoon, making the metal buildings quite warm. We have a lot of local people working here, and it feels like a big community after you've been here a while. We don't really have any fancy decorations, just some old calendars and posters from previous years. It’s a lot of work to keep everything running smoothly, but we’ve been doing it at this location for a long time.
