Changmai Bricks

Changmai Bricks is located out in the Sibsagar district. We have been working in this part of the country for a long time now, making bricks for all sorts of local building projects. It is a rural setting, and we really like being out here. The earth here gives us exactly what we need to make our bricks, and we spend most of our time outside dealing with the soil and the heat of the kilns. It is hard physical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't have a big office or people walking around in fancy clothes. It is just our small team and some local helpers who know how to move the bricks without causing any damage. The weather can be a real challenge for us, especially with the heavy rains that Sibsagar gets, but we have learned how to manage it over the years. We just work around the different seasons. People from all over the district come to us when they are building a house or a new shop. We don't do any real advertising; word of mouth from one neighbor to another is usually enough to keep us going. We just try to be fair and get the job done right. It is a simple life focused on the local building trade and the community here.
