Zain - R- Exports

Zain - R- Exports is situated on Jigar Road, right in the middle of Diwan Ka Bazar. This is one of the oldest and busiest parts of the city. The streets are very narrow and you can always hear the sound of people working and bells on the rickshaws. We have a modest setup here where we handle the export of local handicrafts and metal items. It is not a polished office by any means. It is more of a workshop and storage space where we check the quality of the items before they are packed into crates. The walls are lined with boxes and there is always the smell of packing tape and cardboard in the air. We work closely with the craftsmen who live nearby. Sometimes we sit on the wooden benches outside the shop and talk about the orders while having some tea. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Our business has grown slowly over the years through word of mouth and the relationships we have built with buyers. It is a bit dusty and loud here, but it is home to us. We spend our days making sure every piece is wrapped properly so nothing breaks during the long journey overseas. It is simple, hard work and we take it one day at a time without any big pretenses.
