U. S. Exports & Imports

Our office is located at 111 Lajpat Nagar, and we use P.O. Box No. 275 for our mail. Lajpat Nagar is one of those places that never really sleeps. Even early in the morning, you can hear the shops opening up and people shouting. Our space is filled with filing cabinets and a few old computers that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend the majority of our time dealing with paperwork, customs forms, and tracking numbers. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit small for the amount of stuff we have packed in here. We have piles of boxes in the corners and calendars marked with delivery dates all over the walls. It feels like a real workshop of sorts, even though it’s mostly admin work. We don't go in for fancy furniture. Our chairs are a bit squeaky, and the tea comes in paper cups from the guy downstairs. There’s a lot of talk about shipping rates and port delays. That’s just the nature of the business. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the sheer volume of paper makes it hard. People know us as a reliable spot in the neighborhood. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just a few people making sure things get from point A to point B.
