Topbrass Creations

Our place, Topbrass Creations, is tucked away near Molsiri Masjid on Makhkhan Shah Road. If you know the Mahalla Kisrol area, you know it can get pretty crowded during the day. It’s an old part of town and the roads aren't very wide, so there is always a lot of noise from bikes and people walking by. We work out of a building that has seen better days, but it serves us just fine. Inside, we have our workspace where we deal with all the brass items. There’s usually a bit of dust around because that’s just the nature of the work we do. We don't have any shiny showrooms or anything. Most of the time, the air is thick with the smell of metal or whatever polish is being used that day. We have a few long-time workers who have been with us for years, and they know the routine better than anyone. It’s a lot of manual work, checking things by hand, and making sure the orders are ready to go out. We sit on old wooden chairs and use desks that have scratches all over them. It’s a real working environment, not some corporate office you see in the movies. We take our tea breaks together when the Masjid calls for prayer, and then it’s back to work until the sun goes down. It's a simple life here on Makhkhan Shah Road and we just keep at it.
