You can find us at House No E-304, which is a simple single-storey building in Moradabad. We are located right near Gautam Buddha Park in the Kashiram Nagar area. It is actually a nice spot to be, especially with the park being so close by for when we need a break from the screens. We handle a variety of international trade tasks from this office, mostly coordinating shipments and making sure the logistics are sorted out. Moradabad is very famous for its brass and metal work, so a lot of what we do involves those kinds of goods, though we handle other things too. The house is not very large, so we have converted the front rooms into our main working space with desks, computers, and samples. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it is answering the phone or helping to pack up a sample for a client. Sometimes the internet connection can be a bit slow, which makes the work take longer than it should, but we always find a way to get it done. There is a small garden out front that we try to look after when we have some spare time. We don't have any big corporate slogans; we are just a local office trying to help move goods from Moradabad to the rest of the world. It is hard work but we enjoy the challenge every day.
