Silver Touch Impex

Silver Touch Impex is based out on Khushal Pur Road in the Majhola area. We spend most of our time dealing with shipments and checking on the quality of the goods coming through our doors. It’s a lot of logistical work, which means a lot of phone calls and checking lists. The warehouse can get pretty hot in the summer, especially with the metal roof. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with the heavy lifting when a truck arrives. It's not a glamorous job, but it's ours. We started small and just stayed at it. The road outside can be a bit rough, so getting deliveries in and out takes some patience. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the orders go out on time and the items aren't damaged. Our office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main storage area. It’s usually cluttered with samples and shipping documents. Sometimes things get misplaced, but we always find them eventually. We’ve been part of the Majhola community for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It's just hard work and long hours, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We don’t try to be something we’re not; we’re just a local business doing our best every day.
