Our office for Shribalaji Mutual Benefit Nidhi Limited is situated at 2Cp-26-27 in the Budhi Vihar Avas Vikash area of Moradabad. This is a local part of town where a lot of people live, so we see a good amount of foot traffic throughout the day. We aren't in a busy commercial mall or anything like that; it’s more of a neighborhood spot. The office itself is quite simple. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our records and meet with people who want to talk about their savings or loans. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when people are out and about. We spend a lot of our time filling out forms and making sure the deposits are recorded correctly in the books. Moradabad is a place where people value hard work, and we try to reflect that in how we run this Nidhi. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just us sitting at our desks, answering the phone, and helping whoever walks in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when several people come in at once, but we manage. We’ve been part of the Budhi Vihar community for some time and we like being in a place where we know the faces of our members. It’s practical work. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon.
