Shri Guruji Properties

The office for Shri Guruji Properties is located right on Stadium Road in Ram Ganga Vihar, Phase 1. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking can be a bit of a challenge when there is an event at the stadium. We’ve been working in this district for a long time, helping folks figure out where they want to live. Usually, it's families looking for a bit more space or people moving here for a new job. We keep a lot of physical folders because we still like the feel of paper more than just staring at a computer screen all day. Our desks are usually covered in site plans and notes from phone calls. We don’t do fancy commercials. Most of our work comes from someone telling their cousin about us. We know the landlords around Ram Ganga Vihar pretty well, which helps when someone is looking for a specific kind of rental. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult situations where people can't agree on a price, and we just try to help them find a middle ground. It's practical work. We spend a lot of time out in the sun looking at plots of land and checking the boundaries. It's not always easy, but it keeps us busy and we get to meet a lot of interesting people from all over the district. We stay open on most Saturdays too, since that's when everyone is free to look at houses.
