Sheel Physiotherapy Clinic

Down in Gandhi Nagar, right near the public school, you’ll find Sheel Physiotherapy Clinic at C-27/2. It’s a convenient spot because parents often drop by after leaving their kids at the school gates. The clinic is on a street that gets very crowded during the morning and afternoon school runs. We have a few treatment tables and some basic equipment like weights and bands for the exercises. Most of the people who come to see us are dealing with back pain or stiff joints from sitting at desks too long. The room is usually filled with the sound of people counting their reps or the hum of the fan on the ceiling. It’s a plain space, nothing like those gyms you see on TV. We keep things functional. If a machine makes a squeak, we just oil it and keep going. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’re fine for now. We spend our days helping people move their arms and legs better. It’s quiet work, mostly, except for when the school bell rings and the street outside goes crazy for twenty minutes. We’ve been in this part of Gandhi Nagar for a good while, so we’ve seen a lot of the local folks grow older. It’s a steady kind of life here at the clinic, just helping people get back on their feet and move around without too much trouble.
