You can find Sapma Foods at Plot No.D-14 in Ram Ganga Vihar. This is where we do all our food stuff. It’s a decent area, and the plot gives us enough room to handle our daily chores. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors are all used to the sounds of our business by now. Running a food business isn't always easy. There is a lot of paperwork and a lot of checking on things to make sure they are right. We aren't a big factory; it’s more of a small-scale setup where everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be handling the books, and the next day I’m helping to move crates. That’s just how it goes when you’re a small business. Ram Ganga Vihar is a nice place to work. It’s not too loud, but there’s enough going on to keep things interesting. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. We just prepare the food products, pack them up, and get them to the people who need them. It’s a very direct process. Sometimes we run out of space and things get a bit cluttered, but we always manage to find what we’re looking for eventually. We’re just a group of people working hard every day to keep things running smoothly. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
