Santosha

Santosha is the name of our building here in Kothiwal Nagar, and it’s also the name we go by for our work. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now. It's a quiet area mostly, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise from the main roads. The building is easy to find if you know the neighborhood well. We have a few rooms where we keep our things and set up our workstations. It isn't a high-rise or anything impressive like that. It's just a practical, functional space for us. Most days, it’s just the sound of the fans and some light chatter among the staff while we work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell things. We just do our daily tasks and try to keep everything in some kind of order. Sometimes the mail takes a while to get to our P.O. Box, but we check it regularly to stay on top of things. Life here is pretty steady. We have our little routines and we stick to them. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the people who come through the door by their first names. We don't try to be anything we aren't. If someone needs something, we see if we can do it. If not, we tell them honestly. There’s no point in making things complicated for anyone. We just want to do a decent job every day and keep the building running smoothly. It feels like a second home.
