Santosh Homoeopathic Medical Store & Clinic

Our place is on Majhola Road in the Line Par area of Moradabad. We are quite close to Calton School, so you can often hear the school bells and kids shouting during the day. Santosh Homoeopathic Medical Store & Clinic is a bit of a dual setup. In the front, we have the medical store where we sell homeopathic medicines, and in the back, there is a small area for the clinic. It’s a busy little shop. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, packed with different bottles and packages. It’s a bit dusty on the top shelves, to be honest, but we know where everything is. People come in with prescriptions from other places, or they come to see us for a consultation. We’ve been in Moradabad for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The road outside can get muddy when it rains, but people still make their way to us. We don't have a lot of staff—it's mostly just family running the show. We open early because that’s when the people heading to work like to stop by. We don't use much technology here; we still do things the old way with paper receipts and handwritten notes. It’s a practical business. We provide the medicine and the advice, and that’s about it. It’s just a regular part of life on Majhola Road for everyone around here.
