Sangita Export House

We are located right on Delhi Road, directly across from the Modern Public School. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the school. Being an export house, we have a lot of boxes moving in and out all the time. Sometimes the trucks block the entrance for a bit, but we try to keep things moving. The building itself is older, and we’ve had to fix the roof a few times after the monsoon. Inside, it’s mostly just racks and packing tables. We don’t really do the whole fancy office thing. It’s more about making sure everything is labeled correctly and packed tight so nothing breaks. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things that might look messy to an outsider, but it works for us. In the mornings, you can hear the kids at the school across the street, which is a nice change from the sound of packing tape and crates. We get a lot of different items coming through here, and sorting them all out takes up most of the day. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due, drinking tea and checking the manifests over and over. It’s a busy life on Delhi Road. We just try to keep the process simple and stay on top of the schedule without making a big deal out of it. Most of the time it is just us and the boxes.
