Saa Associates

Saa Associates is over at Z-37 in Ashiyana Colony, specifically in Phase 2 of the Moradabad area. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit more peaceful than the main city center. Our office is essentially a converted space that works perfectly for our needs. We have lived and worked in this area for some time now. The atmosphere here is quite different from a typical commercial district. You might hear children playing outside or neighbors talking while we are sitting at our desks. It’s a very grounded way to work. Inside, we have our files, computers, and a small table where we sit down with people to look over plans. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just prefer a quiet place where we can think and draw without too much noise. The walk to the office is nice because of the trees in the colony. Most people who come to see us are from around here or have heard about us from someone nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer, just like any other small business. It’s a practical setup and we like that we don't have to deal with the heavy traffic of the main roads every single day. It’s just a normal office in a normal neighborhood where we get our work done.
