If you walk down Samiti Road near the Chauraha Mandi in Vikas Nagar, you’ll find our place. It’s a really busy part of town because of the market, with trucks and carts always moving around. Our office is small, just two rooms with a few desks and lots of registers. We spend a huge amount of time on the phone talking to staff at different sites. Since the road is so close, dust comes in and we are constantly cleaning the tables. It’s a very simple setup because we don't need much to do our work. We mostly hire local people who need jobs and try to get them placed as fast as we can. Electricity goes out sometimes, leaving us in the dark for a bit, but that’s just life in this area. We know most of the shopkeepers around the mandi by name. We aren't a big company with a corporate office or anything. We just do our bit from this little corner of Vikas Nagar. Someone is always coming in to ask about work or drop off daily reports. While it can be a bit chaotic, we manage to keep everything tracked. We’ve been around for a while now and the people here know they can find us when they need something. There isn't much of a sign outside, just some plain lettering on the door. It’s a practical way to run things.
