Ram Ganga Residency Llp is located over at Duplex No. 23 in Shree Royal City, right on Shivpuri Road. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are working out of a duplex, which gives the whole place a more lived-in feel than a standard office building. Shivpuri Road can get pretty packed during the rush, so we usually try to get in early before the traffic really starts to crawl. Most of our day is spent talking about residency details and making sure the logistics for our projects are sorted out. Being in Shree Royal City means we are right in the middle of where people are actually living, so we see the daily life of the neighborhood all the time. Our office space is pretty casual, with a few chairs for visitors and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that; we just handle things ourselves. If someone has a question about a property, they usually just ring the bell or give us a call on the mobile. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We might be checking a drain one hour and then looking at bank papers the next. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes, especially when multiple things happen at once, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Shivpuri Road. We’re just a small group trying to get the residency work finished properly.
