Outside, Gandhi Nagar is a typical busy neighborhood. We get a lot of noise from the street, but once you go further into the building, it gets a bit quieter. I spend a lot of my time in the front office area dealing with admissions and talking to families. It’s hard work and the hours are long. We don't have a big corporate board or anything; it's just us trying to keep things running smoothly day after day. In the evenings, things usually settle down a bit, and that’s when I get to catch up on the logs. The staff here are like family because we spend so much time together.
