If you’re looking for us, we are at House Number 259 in Nai Basti. We are located right on Mandir Wali Gali in Moradabad. It’s basically a house that we use for our travel business, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office at all. When you walk in, it’s like walking into a home where there just happens to be a desk and a computer for bookings. We handle all sorts of travel requests here, from bus tickets to car rentals. Because we are in Mandir Wali Gali, it’s usually quite lively with people going to the temple or kids playing in the street. We’ve lived and worked in Nai Basti for a long time, so we know just about everyone who passes by. The office room is simple, with some old chairs and a big calendar to keep track of the dates. We often have people from the neighborhood just dropping in to chat or ask about travel prices for their upcoming holidays. It gets a bit noisy during the festivals because of the temple nearby, but we like the energy of the place. We don’t have fancy brochures or a big waiting room, just a place to sit and talk about where you need to go. We keep our records in some thick books and try to stay on top of the phone calls. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. We just keep things moving every day.
