Philocaly Ventures is located in the Civil Lines area of Rampur. We are based at Anand Vila, which is the property of Shri Satya Bhan Singh. The location is quite easy to pinpoint because it is right near the S.B.I. Noor Mahal branch. Civil Lines is usually one of the better-kept parts of town, and it's quite convenient for people to reach us. Our office isn't anything flashy. It is a functional space where we manage our venture activities. We spend a lot of time on the computer or discussing new ideas in the small meeting room we have. Rampur is a town with a lot of history, and working from an established place like Anand Vila feels right. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team out there making promises. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have visitors coming in from out of town. The atmosphere here is relaxed but we stay busy. We have a small garden area outside where we sometimes sit if the weather is nice. Most of our neighbors are either families or other small businesses like ours. We prefer this kind of setting over a busy commercial complex. It allows us to focus on our work without too much distraction from the outside world. It is a good place to be for us.
