Our place is located at 26, Shanker Vihar Colony, right off Jigar Colony Road in the Civil Lines area. Patsons India started out as a small idea and it’s stayed pretty grounded since then. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the daily tasks and making sure things move along. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on getting orders ready. We’ve got a lot of stuff packed into our space, so it can feel a little tight sometimes. Usually, the morning starts with checking what needs to be sent out and who needs a call back. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just work. Sometimes the printer acts up or we run out of coffee, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the corner of the colony. We’ve been in Civil Lines long enough that most of the neighbors know who we are. We aren't flashy. We just try to be decent people doing a decent job. It’s not always perfect, and some days are slower than others, but that’s just how life goes in a small business. We appreciate the folks who stop by and keep us busy. We don’t have any big corporate goals, we just want to keep things running smoothly and honestly every single day.
