Our shop is in Mo-Garhi, which is part of Mandi Dhanaura in the Moradabad district. It is a local place where we know most of the people who walk through the door. Being in a spot like this means we see the same faces every week. We run a retail business here, so the shelves are always full of various things that people in the community need. It is not a huge supermarket, just a regular retail space that we keep tidy. The mornings are usually the busiest when everyone is out doing their shopping. Sometimes the dust from the road outside gets in, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. We have been here in Moradabad for a good while. It is a simple life of managing inventory and talking to customers. We don’t use any high-tech systems or anything like that. Just some ledgers and a honest way of doing things. The staff here are all local folks from around Mandi Dhanaura. We open up early and close when the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late to count the stock. It is hard work, but it is what we know. There isn’t any big marketing team behind us. It is just us in Mo-Garhi, making sure we have what people are looking for when they stop by our counter.
