Hds Masale

We’re located at Plot No. 72 in Village Lalu Nagla. You can find us pretty easily because we are right near the Shiv Temple. Hds Masale is a small operation, mostly just family and a few helpers from the village. The air around our place usually smells like cumin or chili powder depending on what we are grinding that day. It’s a basic setup. We have the grinding machines and the packing area all in one spot. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to design shiny labels. We just focus on getting the spices right. The temple nearby brings a lot of people through the area, so we see a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes folks stop in just because they smell something good. We buy the raw ingredients, clean them, and then process them here at the plot. It’s a lot of manual work. Dust gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning up. We’ve been doing this in Lalu Nagla for a while now. The village life is quiet, which suits us just fine. We aren't trying to sell to the whole country or anything. We just provide for the local shops and the people who know our quality. It’s about as simple as it gets. We wake up early, start the machines, and work until the sun goes down. That’s our daily routine and we like it that way.
