Kodai Valley Hills Hortitech Farms

Kodai Valley Hills Hortitech Farms is located near the Panchal Hotel on Delhi Road. It’s a bit different being out here compared to the middle of a crowded city. We’ve got more space, but there’s still plenty of dust from the road. Being near the hotel makes it easier for people to find us, since everyone knows where that is. We work with plants and farm-related things, which means our hands are often dirty and we’re usually thinking about the weather. Delhi Road is always busy with trucks and buses passing by, but once you step back toward our area, it gets a little more peaceful. We don't have a polished front office with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us walking around or checking on things out back. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the growing cycles. We started this because we like being around the greenery, and it’s become our whole life. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just grow what we grow and try to keep the plants healthy. If you’re driving down Delhi Road and pass the Panchal Hotel, you’re pretty much there. It’s a plain place, very practical, and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent outdoors or in the sheds, just keeping the Hortitech Farms going as best as we can. It is hard work, but we find it's worth it in the end.
