Initiative Manas Foundation

Initiative Manas Foundation is located at 147, Avas Vikas Colony. This is in the Civil Line area of Rampur. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here for a while. We started this foundation to get some local initiatives going. We aren't a giant charity. Just a few of us working out of this office in Rampur. Uttar Pradesh has a lot of needs, and we try to look at our local area first. The pin code is 244901. We don't have a lot of polished speeches. Our talks are about what needs to happen next. The office is plain, with a few desks and chairs. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on the real work. Rampur is our home and we know the streets well. Making big promises we can't keep isn't something we do. We just take things one day at a time. Sometimes we have meetings with neighbors to see what they think. It’s all very informal. We don't use marketing tricks or fancy logos. We are just regular people who want to see some improvement in our community. That’s why we started the foundation in the first place. It’s honest work for us. Sharing tea while we plan things out is common, and we usually stay late into the evening. It’s a simple life, but it feels good to be doing something for Rampur. We just hope our efforts help a few people along the way.
