I. F. Exports Corporation is situated over in Diwan Ka Bazar on Jigar Road. It’s a lively part of the city and there’s always people moving around outside our doors. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now. Our office and storage area are all in the same building. It’s not a modern glass building or anything like that. It’s a sturdy old place that has seen a lot of work over the years. We handle exports, so there is usually a lot of packing tape and cardboard boxes lying around. The noise from Jigar Road can be a lot sometimes, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the Bazar. Our team is small and we all know each other’s families. We don't really have formal meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done while we're working. It’s a very practical way of doing things and it saves us a lot of time. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy furniture. We’d rather put that into keeping the business running smoothly. Sometimes we have to deal with delays at the port, which can be frustrating, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way for everyone involved. We’re just regular people working hard in the Bazar. There is always something to do and we like staying busy with our exports.
