Hadi Manufacturing Co. is located down in Bagh Bahadur Gunj, specifically in the Kachcha Bagh area. It is one of those parts of town where there is always something happening on the streets. We have been operating from this spot for some time now. The building is older, but it serves the purpose for what we manufacture. Inside, you will find the usual machinery and tools that come with a manufacturing setup. It gets a little loud during the peak hours of the day, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a big reception area or anything flashy. Usually, someone is just at the desk or on the floor checking the machines and making sure the output is okay. People in the neighborhood know us by name because we have been here so long. The streets around Kachcha Bagh can be tight, so getting supplies in and out takes a bit of planning and sometimes causes a bit of a headache with the local traffic. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks as long as the work is getting done correctly. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a rhythm. It is a local business through and through. We just show up, do the manufacturing work, and head home when the day is done. There is no complicated corporate structure here. Just a group of people making things in a busy part of the city. We keep a small radio playing in the background most days.
