Grasim Industries L.T.D(White Cement Division)

We are over at H.No. 173/C in Gayatri Nagar, which is in the Line Par area of Moradabad. This is the White Cement Division for Grasim Industries. Our office is basically a house in a residential street, so it’s very quiet compared to the brass markets in the center of town. We handle the distribution and the local queries for white cement from this spot. It is not a very big operation, just a few rooms filled with ledgers and some samples. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just answer the phone and help the local shops get their stock. The neighborhood is friendly, and we know the people living next door. Sometimes we have to move boxes around ourselves because the help is busy elsewhere. It is practical work. We don't worry about corporate branding or how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the cement gets to where it is going, we are happy. Moradabad is a busy place, but our little corner in Gayatri Nagar stays pretty calm. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to dealers across the region. It’s a straightforward job, and we like it that way.
