You can find us at 2/282 in Avas Vikas, Budhi Vihar. We’ve been in Moradabad for a good while, operating under the Gannon Dunkerley & Co.Ltd. name. It’s a standard residential-commercial mix around here. Our office is pretty plain. We have the usual desks, some computers, and a lot of project files stacked up in the corners. We aren't really into the whole corporate branding thing. We just do our jobs and try to stay out of the way. Moradabad is known for its brass, but we’re more about the steel and concrete side of things. The pin code here is 244001. Our day usually starts early before the traffic on the main road gets too bad. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from this office. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the main office and the local sites. Some days are slow, but most are quite busy with people coming in for signatures or updates. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some tea bags in the corner. It’s a comfortable enough place to work. We’ve gotten to know the people in Budhi Vihar over the years. It feels like a normal part of the community now. We don’t promise anything we can’t do; we just stick to the contracts and the plans. It’s a simple way to run things. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next task at hand without any fuss.
