Favourlife Mutual Benefit Nidhi Limited is what we call our small office in Moradabad. We are located at Lajpat Nagar, B 22/02, with the pin code 244001. Moradabad is a big, busy city, but Lajpat Nagar is a bit more settled. Our office is a simple place where we manage the local savings and paperwork for the neighborhood. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who handle everything from opening the door in the morning to closing up at night. The office has a few desks and some cupboards for our files. It’s not very fancy, but it gets the job done. We chose the name Favourlife because it sounded good, but we don't have any big corporate mission or anything. We just want to provide a place where locals can come and manage their money without any fuss. A lot of our time is spent explaining things to people who might not be used to how Nidhi companies work. We use simple English or Hindi and try to make sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the sounds of the city outside, but we don’t mind. We are just regular people working hard in Moradabad. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the families in Lajpat Nagar over the years, and it feels good to be a part of their daily lives.
