East West Emporium

East West Emporium is located in Ghair Qalander Khan, over in Rampur. It’s a place with a lot of history. We’ve been here for a while, and the shop is just a part of the local scenery now. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people in Rampur know where Ghair Qalander Khan is, so they find us easily enough. The shop is filled with all sorts of things. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We get locals coming in to chat as much as they come to buy. That’s just the way it is here. We aren't trying to be a big chain store. We just like running our own place. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit and watch the street. Other days, everyone comes in at once. We don't use fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is still done the old way. It’s more personal that way. Rampur is a good town for a business like ours. We don't have a website or a big social media page. We just open the doors in the morning and see who stops by. It’s a simple life for us. East West Emporium is just our way of staying busy and being part of the community here. We like the pace of things.
