Deeksha Clinic

Deeksha Clinic is located down Gali No-3 in Gayatri Nagar, over in the Line Par area of Moradabad. It’s a narrow street, so if you’re driving, you might have to park a little ways off and walk the rest of the way. The clinic is part of a regular building on the street, nothing that stands out too much from the houses around it. Inside, it’s just a couple of rooms where we see patients. We have a small counter where we keep the files, and they’re all paper because we haven't bothered with computers much. The lighting is a bit dim in the back, but it’s bright enough in the front room where people wait. We get a lot of families coming in since we’re right in the middle of a residential area. It feels a lot like sitting in someone’s living room sometimes. We don't have any polished floors or glass partitions. It’s just a practical place for people who live nearby to get medical help without having to go too far from home. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks outside, but that’s just life in Gayatri Nagar. We open up in the morning and stay until we’ve seen everyone. It isn't a fancy business, just a local clinic doing its part for the folks on this side of the tracks.
