Creative Design

Creative Design is situated about seven kilometers out on Kanth Road, right in the Prem Nagar Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but being out here gives us more room to work on our projects. We have a decent sized shed where we do most of our design work and production. It’s not a polished studio like you might see in a magazine. It’s more of a practical workshop with tools and materials scattered around where we need them. We spend most of our time sketching things out or looking at samples. The industrial area can be quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up, but it’s a good place for a business like ours. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers because of the distance, so we mostly talk to people over the phone or through messages. My brother and I started this place because we liked making things, and it eventually turned into a full-time job. We don’t use any complicated business strategies. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job with it. Some days are slow and we just clean the equipment, while other days are a total rush. Kanth Road has changed a lot since we first moved in, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever is on the table that day.
