Constraarch Enviro

We set up Constraarch Enviro over in Budhi Vihar Colony, specifically at 1B/411 in Majhola. It’s mostly a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main industrial zones where you can't hear yourself think over the machines. We focus on construction and environmental work, which often means we are out on various sites more than we are sitting in the office. The office is really just our home base for doing the planning and keeping our records straight so we don't lose track of things. We’re a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a long time now. There’s no real hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where needed to get the job done. Sometimes that means I'm answering the phone and other times I'm out in the field checking on a project in the rain. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big sales team to convince people to hire us. Most people find out about our work through word of mouth from other people in the trade. We try to be careful with our work because environmental stuff matters, even if it’s just making sure a site is cleaned up properly before we leave. It’s not always glamorous, and we definitely get our boots dirty on most days. But being in Majhola gives us a good central spot to reach all the different projects we have going on around the region. It’s a decent place to work, and the neighbors in the colony are friendly.
