Acme Enterprises

Acme Enterprises has been operating out of Plot No. A/224 in Jigar Colony for some time now. This neighborhood is a bit quieter than the main industrial hubs, but we still have plenty to do every day. The office is really just a front room with a couple of old desks and a filing cabinet that sticks if you pull too hard. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly coordination and making sure stuff gets where it needs to go. My nephew helps me with the computer work because I still struggle with some of the new programs. The street outside is narrow, so when we get deliveries, it’s always a bit of a struggle to get the van parked properly without blocking the neighbors. We know most of the people on this block. There’s a guy who sells snacks on the corner and we usually get our lunch from him. The walls inside could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to move everything out of the way. It gets a bit dark in the back during the rainy season. We just keep the lights on and keep moving through the pile of orders. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to stay organized. We aren't trying to do anything big, just making sure the day-to-day tasks are finished before we head home. It is a simple life and it works for us.
