Brasscity Artisan Welfare Foundation

We are over at Ramganga Vihar in Moradabad. The office is actually in C/22 Midtown Hotels. It’s a bit of a strange spot for an office, being in a hotel building, but it works for the Brasscity Artisan Welfare Foundation. Moradabad is known for its metalwork, and you can definitely feel that energy around here. The pin code is 244001. Our space is tucked away, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main streets. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people. The carpet is a bit worn out and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s fine for what we do. We spend a lot of time talking to the local artisans who come through the city. Since we are near the hotels, we see a lot of people passing through. It’s a convenient location for meetings. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Usually, we have tea brought in from the hotel kitchen or the stall down the street. The traffic in Moradabad can be a nightmare, especially near the markets, so we try to stay put during the rush hours. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup. We focus on the daily grind and helping out where we can. There is always someone coming in with a question or a piece of paper.
