Our small workshop is tucked away in Lajpat Nagar, specifically over in Impat Nagar at the A-5 unit. It is a manufacturing setup, so there is usually a fair amount of noise from the machines and people moving heavy stuff around. Asalatpura Palya is where we have been based for a long time. It is not the easiest place to find if you are not from this part of town, but we really like the spot. Our neighbors are mostly other workshops and small local businesses, so everyone understands the daily hustle. We spend most of our hours on the floor, checking the equipment and making sure the orders are moving along. It gets pretty dusty inside, and in the heat of the summer, it is quite hot, but that is just how it goes in a factory setting. Blaze Mfg. Co. has been running out of this same unit since the beginning. We do not have a big reception area or those fancy chairs you see in city offices. Most of our space is taken up by raw materials and old tools. We just focus on the task right in front of us. If you walk in, you will probably see someone fixing a machine or packing up boxes for delivery. It is a busy environment. We do not do much talking about big goals or visions. We just make things and send them out. Sometimes we stay late when things get backed up.
