Birds Wing Lufthansa City Centre

Our office is located at A-16 on Rampur Road, right here in the Gandhi Nagar area of Moradabad. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the cars and rickshaws going up and down the main road all day long. Inside, the space is mostly filled with desks and a couple of computers where we look up flight schedules. We’ve got the Lufthansa City Centre name on the front, but we are just local folks working here. People come in looking to go all over, some just to Delhi and others much further away to different countries. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to see about tickets and visa stuff. The walls have a few maps and some old posters of places people like to visit. It’s not a very quiet place because of the Rampur Road traffic, but we’re used to it by now. Gandhi Nagar is a good area, and we have been in this building for a while. Sometimes customers come in just to ask questions about passports or how long a flight takes to get somewhere. We try to give them the information they need without making it complicated. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it swept, though people bring in a lot of dirt from the street. It’s a regular office life, really. We open up early and stay until the work is finished for the day. There is always a lot of paperwork to sort through before we can head home.
