Bhm Handicrafts

Bhm Handicrafts is located down Peer Gali. If you are on the Fortis Vivekanand Hospital Road, you just look for Kanchan Sweets and we are right around there. We deal with handicrafts every day. It is mostly just us working with our hands and making sure the items look okay. The shop is in a busy part of town, especially with the hospital nearby. There is always someone walking past or stopping for sweets at Kanchan. We have been in this spot for some time now. It’s a bit of a small space, but it works for what we do. We don't really use big machines or anything, just simple tools. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on the main road, but Peer Gali stays a bit quieter. We just like making things. Most of the time we are covered in dust or scraps from whatever we are working on. It’s not a clean office job, that’s for sure. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. People in the neighborhood know us as the place near the sweet shop. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the crafts. It is a simple life and we are happy to be part of this little corner of the city near the hospital. We don't try to impress anyone, we just do the work as best as we can every single day. Some days the humidity makes the wood hard to work with, but that’s just how it is.
